Dr Nikolaos Kourentzes visited the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain to continue the research collaboration with Dr Juan Trapero Arenas.

During the last week of May 2013, Dr Nikolaos Kourentzes visited the University of Castilla-La Mancha in Spain to continue the research collaboration with Dr Juan Trapero Arenas on the effects of information exchange on the bullwhip effect and the forecastability of demand in fast moving consumer goods supply chains.

He also gave an invited lecture on the topic of "Best practices for Supply Chain Demand Planning and Forecasting" to undergraduate students studying Operations Management.
